地龙作为一种传统中药,在我国已使用数千年。现代研究发现地龙含有多种活性成分,具有多种药理作用,如纤溶、抗凝等。主要介绍了近些年国内外对地龙抗凝血活性物质的主要成分、分离纯化和含量测定等的研究,为地龙抗凝血活性物质的进一步研究提供参考。虽然地龙资源丰富易得,但是对其抗凝血活性物质的分子大小、结构、毒副作用及理化性质等还缺乏更深入的研究,对其抗凝血活性物质分子大小及结构等的深入研究,为其进一步的开发应用提供坚实的基础。
Abstract:Pheretima is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,it has been used for thousands of yearsin our country. Modern research discovered that Pheretima contain a variety of active components,which had many pharmacological effects,such as fibrinolysis,anticoagulation,etc. This articledescribed the major constituents, the purification and the content determination of Pheretima anticoagulant active components,to provide a reference for the further study. Although the resources of Pheretima is rich and easy to get, the molecular size, the structure, the toxicity and thephysicochemical properties of its anticoagulant active components are lack of further study. Studies ofthe molecular size and the structure of its anticoagulant active components can provide a solidfoundation for the development of its further application.
